What is Tai Chi Qigong?

Qigong is an ancient and powerful exercise that can improve our body’s overall health. Qi is the study of Qi and refers to all types of energy. It is the force behind all things in the internal martial arts, the source of internal power is from the cultivation of our body’s Qi. Learning the ability to cultivate, accumulate and circulate your body’s Qi increases our overall health, strength and internal power.

Through the practice of Qigong exercises you learn with controlled mindful intent to circulate your body’s Qi nourishing and strengthening the functions of all of our internal organs, thus improving our own health. This ability to regulate our biological systems aids our resistance to disease by improving your immunity. It has wide-ranging benefits, including but not limited to improving balance, digestive& lymphatic functioning, lowering blood pressure, relieving muscle pain, easing depression and stress With a stronger immune system you create a more healthy you that is calmer and with less stress on the body and mind.

Practicing of Qigong is now a global phenomenon and more and more scientific reports prove the efficacy of health qigong as a  natural way to heal and strengthen our internal organs and regulate and maintain the proper function of our body’s internal organs. Qigong is felt by many to be a practice for spiritual awakening as their journey through practice brings them to a deeper connection with the power of energy, the Qi of oneself and the world around us. 
William our lead instructor teaches the Health Qigong systems that is continually being developed by the Chinese Health Qigong Association . The Chinese Health Qigong Association is the only official governing body for Qigong in China. William is an official registered trained instructor with Irish Health Qi Gong Association the governing body of Ireland for the promotion of Chinese Health Qigong
