The Ba Duan Din
The Ba Duan Din means eight brocade and is an ancient form of Qigong. It has eight separate exercises, each focusing on a different areas of the body, mind and their qi meridian. The Baduanjin traditionally contains both a standing and seated set of eight postures each. It By completing these easily learned qigong movements, you should notice improved health, increased energy, reduced stress, a revitalized mind and body, improved balance, and an overall sense of well-being.
